Novell Inc. releases Mono Tools for developers drawing on Visual Studio 2.0

A leading infrastructure software provider Novell Inc has released Mono Tools meant for Visual Studio 2.0 – the latest adaptation of open-source tool for developers for using Visual Studio for designing, coding as well as sustaining multi-platform applications. The recently released Mono Tools 2.0 incorporated the latest Mac OS X support. Therefore, Mono Tools 2.0 now endorses development as well as debugging on Mac OS X, he added. Hill further said that the latest Mono Tools meant for Visual Studio 2.0 also supports Mono on Windows. This technology provides the easiest configuration which a .NET developer working on Mono can grasp quickly. The new adaptation of Mono can also be installed faster by compacting resources and installing merely the files that have altered, which significantly decreases the time used between developing and testing.
