Microsoft to release Dynamics CRM Beta in Sept

Global software giant Microsoft Corporation has declared that it would make available a preview release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 sometime this September with a view to usher in its subsequent major CRM application. Quoting a statement issued by the software giant, a website reports that the preview applications would be made available on-premise as well as on-demand in 40 markets. Previously known as CRM5, the advanced version is reported to offer a solitary development environment for on-demand as well as on-premise operations. The new application will endorse the cloud-computing strategy of Microsoft of eventually allowing its clients to combine as well as modify operational methods. According to the general manager (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), Brad Wilson the updated version of the customer relations management applications will enable administers or users to switch on and switch off separate fields. Wilson further stated that they have constantly had role-based methods wherein a user will have direct access to specific types of statistics on or off. However, CRM 2011 will offer finer control, he added.
